How the Marketplace works

  2. 2The ORBIZLY team reviews it. We approve it, ask for changes, or decline it.
  3. 3Everyone sees the outline. To see the full details, a person spends credits.
  4. 4If they are interested, they tell you. You see their country, type and size, not their name.
  5. 5You accept or decline. If you accept, ORBIZLY emails you both the names and contacts. If you decline or do not reply in time, their credits come back.

  1. Meet Asha. She wants to sell her aluminium scrap. On the ORBIZLY Marketplace she posts a request. Her first request is free.
  2. The ORBIZLY team reviews every request first. They approve it, or suggest changes, so the Marketplace stays trustworthy.
  3. Once it is approved, it goes live, and buyers in different countries can all see it. Everyone can read the outline, but Asha's company name and contact details stay private.
  4. Matching requests show up on each person's dashboard as potential leads. Sam, a buyer, sees that Asha's request is a fit.
  5. Sam unlocks the full details with ten credits and sends his message to Asha through the platform. Then a chat lets the two of them talk privately. When they agree a deal, Sam pays Asha directly, and Asha ships the container straight to Sam. ORBIZLY only makes the introduction.

The rules

  • Post only real requests from a real business. No spam, no duplicates, no fake listings.
  • Keep names, company names, emails, web addresses and phone numbers out of the outline. We remove them if we find them.
  • Do not post anything illegal, misleading, or that asks for money for a visa, a job or a licence.
  • Do not take a contact you found here outside the Marketplace to avoid the process. Introductions are made through ORBIZLY.
  • ORBIZLY never holds or moves money between you. It charges only its own credits.
  • ORBIZLY can decline, pause or remove any request, and can close an account that breaks these rules.
  • ORBIZLY is not a law firm, broker, investment adviser or immigration consultant, and does not vouch for any business or person.

It does not give investment advice, offer or sell securities, raise money, or hold money, and it does not vouch for any business or investor. Every request is reviewed first. Get your own legal and financial advice before you invest or raise money.
  • Business for sale: Businesses for sale, and buyers looking to acquire a business, in any country. ORBIZLY only introduces the two sides. It does not value a business, act as a broker, or take part in the sale, and it does not check what a seller says. Buyers should do their own due diligence and get legal, tax and accounting advice before they buy.
  • Other: Anything else a business needs that does not fit the sections above.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything to post a request?

Your first request is free. After that each request costs $29 (290 credits), . If the ORBIZLY team does not accept a request, the credits come back.

What is the membership?

There are three levels, each for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid once (it does not renew by itself). Basic (from $49 a month) lets you see all listings. Premium (from $99) also lets you send an Expression of Interest to a listing's owner. Elite (from $199) adds chat. Without a membership: seeing a listing is 1 credit, unlocking its details and sending your interest is 10 credits, and a chat is 50 credits.

What are credits?

Credits are for paying as you go: seeing a listing in full (1 credit each, so 50 credits show 50 listings), unlocking a listing's details and sending your message to its owner (10 credits), a chat about a listing with the person who posted it (50 credits for each listing) and posting after your first request. A credit costs 10 cents. Every new account gets 50 credits free. You can buy more when you need them: 50 credits for $5, 100 credits for $10, 500 credits for $50, 290 credits (one request) for $29, 1,000 credits for $100, 2,500 credits for $250, 5,000 credits for $500.

Who sees my name?

Nobody on the board. Everyone sees an anonymous outline. A buyer who spends credits sees the full details but still not your name or contact. Your name and email are shared with the other side only if you accept their interest.

Who approves requests?

The ORBIZLY team reviews every request before it appears. We can approve it, make small edits to keep it anonymous and clear, ask you to make changes, or decline it. If you change an approved request, it goes back for review.

What if the owner says no or does not reply?

The owner has 7 days to answer. If they decline or do not reply, the credits you spent on that request come back to your account.

Does ORBIZLY guarantee a deal?

No. ORBIZLY introduces businesses. It does not check what anyone says, vouch for either side, hold money, or take part in any deal or payment between you. Do your own checks and get your own legal and financial advice.
