Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website and service are operated by ORBIZLY BUSINESS SERVICES INC. ("we" and "us"), which does business under the brand name ORBIZLY. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have.
2. What we collect
The answers you give in the eligibility questionnaire, such as your business name, industry, size and the countries you are interested in.
Your name, email address and phone number when you unlock a report, book a session, sign up to the newsletter or Dream Updates, send a message, send a service request or apply to be a partner or to work with us.
Public business information, such as your website and public listings, which our AI research uses to prepare your report. We do not try to access non-public business records.
For Dream Updates payments, Stripe collects your payment details. We never see or store your card number. We keep the plan you chose, its status and the country you picked.
Résumés and the details you send in a job application, and the information in a partner application.
Basic technical information, such as your browser and the pages you visit, which our hosting provider records in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
Anonymous visit statistics: which pages are opened, the country the connection appears to come from (not your exact location) and the site you came from. This uses no cookies and we do not store your IP address. A code that changes every day lets us count each visitor once a day, but it cannot follow you from one day to the next. Browsers that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal are not counted.
3. How we use it
To prepare and unlock your report, and to confirm your email address or phone number with a one-time code.
To reply to your messages, run the sessions you book and provide the services you ask for.
To send the newsletter or Dream Updates you signed up for. You can stop either at any time with the link in every email.
To pass your details to a partner company that may help you, but only if you agreed to this when you unlocked your report (or told us directly that it is fine). Partners first see only business details. They see your name and contact details only after they accept the lead.
We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how the website is used: which pages are opened, what is clicked, and recordings of how pages are used. PostHog keeps a cookie and browser storage so it can tell visits apart. In recordings, everything you type into a field is hidden, and the admin area is never recorded. Payment details go straight to Stripe and are never seen by PostHog or by us.
Our legal basis, where privacy law asks for one: your consent (for updates, newsletters and sharing with partner companies), what we need to do to provide a service you asked for, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the website.
To keep the website secure, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run ORBIZLY. They may only use it to provide their service to us. They are: Vercel (website hosting), Prisma (our database), Zoho (customer relationship management and email), Calendly (bookings), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (the AI that reads public business information to prepare your report; we send it your business name and the public links you give, not your contact details).
With your consent, we share your name, contact details and report with partner companies, such as law, accounting and incorporation firms, who can help with your plans. You can say no and still use ORBIZLY, and you can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us.
We also share it with an expert you ask to speak with.
We may share it when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
5. Where it is stored
ORBIZLY is operated from Canada. Our providers may store and process information in Canada, the United States and other countries. When your information leaves your own country, including from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on our providers’ contractual data-protection commitments to keep it protected to a similar standard.
6. How long we keep it
Report and lead details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised. Newsletter and Dream Updates details are kept until you unsubscribe or cancel and then for up to 12 months for our records. Job applications and résumés are kept for up to 12 months. One-time confirmation codes are deleted within a day of expiring. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw a consent you gave us. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to some uses of your information and to complain to your data protection authority. In Canada you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
To make a request, email info@orbizly.com or use the contact page. We will reply within 30 days.
8. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, such as encrypted connections, signed-in access for staff and partners, and limits on how often our forms can be used. No system is completely secure. If a breach is likely to cause real harm, we will tell the people affected and the privacy regulator as the law requires. ORBIZLY is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, and the date below shows when it last changed.
