Business Set-Up Sprint

Set up your business abroad, in the right order.

Most founders lose weeks to doing things in the wrong order. The Sprint is a guided path through every step of a legal, bank-ready set-up in one of our 20 countries.

Select a step to see which countries offer it.

  1. 1

    Plan

Take the free assessment and talk it through in a consulting session. We agree the country, the structure and what you need.

  2. 2

    Register the company

We prepare and file the company registration with the official registry, so your business exists legally.

  3. 3

    Tax and bank account

Tax and goods and services registration, and a business bank account application. The bank makes the final decision.

  4. 4

    Employer and payroll

If you will hire, we register you as an employer and get payroll ready before the first payday.

  5. 5

    Protect your brand

Trademark filing, and patent or IP filing if you have an invention, so nobody takes your name in the new market.

  6. 6

    Licences and permits

Import and export permits, sector-specific permits and any product approvals your business needs to trade.

What a set-up does not do

Setting up a company does not grant residency on its own. A separate visa is required if you want to live in the country. We also cannot promise that a bank will open an account or that any government will approve an application.

Want residency as well?

Each country page also lists the residency and visa pathways for founders and investors, with their current status and official source.
