1. Who we are

This website and service are operated by ORBIZLY BUSINESS SERVICES INC. ("we" and "us"). We do business under the brand name ORBIZLY. When these terms say ORBIZLY, they mean ORBIZLY BUSINESS SERVICES INC.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What the service does

ORBIZLY provides information and guidance about business relocation and expansion. Our assessment and report match your business profile against published program criteria. They are directional guidance only.

Nothing on this website is legal, immigration, tax or investment advice. We are not a government body and we do not decide or influence any application. Program rules change often, so confirm current requirements with the official authority or a licensed professional before you apply.

We do not guarantee that any application will succeed or that any program will stay open.

3. Visa track and registration services

The Visa Track covers government visa and residency programs. We describe these programs and offer consulting sessions about them.

Registration Services cover company registration and trademark filing. When you send a request we will contact you with a scope and a fee. A request is not a contract. Work starts only when you accept our written quote.

Registration Services do not grant residency. A separate visa from the Visa Track may still be needed to live in a country.

4. Your information

Please give accurate information. The report is only as good as the answers behind it.

You may need to confirm your email address or phone number with a one-time code before a report unlocks. Keep that code private.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Consulting sessions

Sessions are booked through our scheduling provider. A session is a conversation to help you understand your options. It does not create a lawyer and client or consultant and client relationship beyond the session itself unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Content and links

The website content, logo and brand are owned by ORBIZLY BUSINESS SERVICES INC. or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

Our guides may mention third-party programs or sites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites.

7. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, ORBIZLY BUSINESS SERVICES INC. is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the website, a report or a guide. Please check the facts that matter to you with the official source.

8. Newsletter and Dream Updates

The ORBIZLY newsletter is free. We email you to confirm your address, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Dream Updates is a paid subscription that sends a weekly email about a country you choose. It is offered on a monthly plan, a 6-month plan and a 12-month plan, with prices shown in US dollars on the Dream Updates page. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we do not store your card details.

Your plan renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the link in every update, and the plan will not renew after you cancel.

Refunds: payments are not refunded once a billing period has started, except where the law requires a refund. If a charge looks wrong, email info@orbizly.com within 14 days of the payment and we will review it. Cancelling stops future charges only.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
